The ARCiS framework for exoplanet modelling and retrieval is under development and will be presented in a sequence of papers. Information on these papers and accompanying software tools can be found here.

The guiding philosophy behind the approach is to provide a framework where we can optimally combine theory and observations to extract knowledge and learn about the processes in exoplanet atmospheres. This with the final goal to couple this to the formation and evolution of planets.

Exoplanet science is a rapidly growing field of research and as such we do not claim at all to be alone in this effort. Therefore, we welcome collaborations with open arms. Our aim is to collect practical tools, ideas, concepts, and toy-models and provide these in a combined way to the community.
